Hey, well another weekd down and more stuff to write  so people at work can read!!!

Ok so last week was starting to pick up, and another small miracle happened I managed to follow my training prog, without changing a thing for 10 days straight! nice one!!  and then it all turned to shit after Tuesday night!
I went to the North Harbour crit and had to start A grade - big mistake-  about 15 or so startrers, the wind was a bastard and it was strung out from go! so I was like almost dying after the 3rd lap and by  the 5th lap that was it, I popped! Anyway I tried to get back into it like 3 times but nah, was toast! mind you I wasnt the only one about 4 others pulled out and at least 3 were lapped once! so there!!!!!! I’m just a girl!!  Anyway the point to this sltory was, yesterday I spent all day in bed or at work, last night I got no sleep again as my f****ng lungs hurt and I’m coughing up shite and I was sooooo hungry at like 3.30am!! what the ?? nothing like a nutella and banana sandwich!!!! yum!!! 
So anyway, the road nats were on over the weekend and I only went out on the Saturday to have a look, quite a few people out, not like last year only bloody cows and sheep left to see the race finish!!  Well done my old roomie Ali!! cleaned up, like I knew she would!! :)  wicked!!!
Think I might be getting a new bike soon!! Pretty exciting, the Genius Il Falco I think has done its time!! Its been fun but i think I need to step it up!!!!
